Service Description
Join us for a unique and exciting gender reveal experience. Our accurate blood test provides peace of mind while you savor the moment of unveiling your baby's gender. Can't get to the lab we'll will come to you. If you need a test outside of normal business hours please click the extra option to add the fee for outside of normal business hours (Anytime before 9am and anytime after 5pm). Dyvine Medical & Wellness provides specimen collection services only for gender reveal testing. We do not perform laboratory testing, interpret results, or provide medical advice or diagnosis. All blood specimens are collected and submitted to a third-party, certified laboratory selected by the client. Test results are generated, processed, and released solely by the laboratory. Dyvine Medical & Wellness is not responsible for test accuracy, turnaround time, results interpretation, or errors caused by the testing laboratory, shipping carriers, or manufacturer of the test kit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-show appointments are non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
