DNA Testing

Legal and peace-of-mind relationship testing with a private cheek-swab collection. Bring a valid photo ID for each adult tested.

HEALTH DNA

Court or immigration? Only legal (chain-of-custody) tests are appropriate for court or immigration use.

TB & Lab Collections

TB QuantiFERON, booked directly. Blood draws and kit collections with an outside lab order or client-supplied kit.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

Urine, hair and rapid drug testing, plus Non-DOT breath alcohol screening, for employment, court, programs or personal needs. Your employer decides whether a test must be DOT.

Fingerprinting & Documents

Fingerprinting, background checks, I-9 verification, notary and apostille. Requirements are set by the requesting agency or employer, so confirm what they need first.

How a visit works

01  Choose your service

Book, request service, or text DMW if you are unsure.

02  Bring what you need

Bring identification and any employer, court, provider, or program paperwork that applies to your service.

03  Complete your visit

Your collection or service is completed privately, and result/timing expectations depend on the service selected.

Current pricing is shown when you book online. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted for eligible services. Eligibility depends on the service and the client’s plan.

MOBILE & AFTER-HOURS VISITS

Limited mobile visits.

Limited mobile collection may be available when appropriate. Mobile visits for DNA testing, drug testing, blood draws, TB QuantiFERON, fingerprinting, notary and I-9 verification may be arranged at your home, office or event, depending on availability. After-hours and weekend appointments are available for an added fee.

Mobile visits are also available for Relationship DNA Screening and Semen Detection. Advanced Relationship DNA Screening is performed in office only.

Before you book

How long do results take?

It depends on the test and the lab. Rapid tests are faster; lab-based and DNA tests take longer. We'll confirm expected timing when you book.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Collections take place in private rooms, and results are released only to authorized parties.

What's the difference between DOT and non-DOT testing?

DOT tests follow federal Department of Transportation rules for safety-sensitive roles. Non-DOT tests follow employer or program policy.

Can I use a DNA result in court or for immigration?

Only legal (chain-of-custody) tests are suitable for official use. Choose a legal test and we'll handle the documented collection.
