Yatika Jakes founded Dyvine Medical & Wellness to bring essential testing, wellness and training together through one trusted local destination.
Her hands-on background spans phlebotomy, medical assisting and specimen collection and testing, alongside CPR instruction and wellness education and coaching. As Founder & CEO, she brings that clinical experience and executive leadership to how DMW serves every client, from individuals and families to employers and future healthcare professionals.

OPERATIONS MANAGER & PHLEBOTOMIST
Latisha Tatum
Latisha Tatum serves as Operations Manager and Phlebotomist at Dyvine Medical & Wellness, supporting the day-to-day coordination that helps keep DMW’s client experience organized, responsive and efficient. In addition to her work with DMW, Latisha serves in the Army National Guard, bringing a service-minded, disciplined approach to her role. She supports both clinical operations and the behind-the-scenes processes that help clients and team members move smoothly through DMW services.
