DMW:

  • Does NOT prescribe

  • Does NOT dispense

4. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Clients must attend or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions

  • Missed appointments may be forfeited depending on service type

  • Virtual appointments require a stable internet connection

5. Payment & Billing

  • Fees cover coordination, education, and administrative services

  • Payment is not contingent on provider approval or outcomes

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party systems

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once services or coordination begin

  • Monthly services may be canceled before the next billing cycle

  • Multi-month programs cannot be canceled mid-cycle once started

7. Client Responsibilities
