DMW Pathways Refund Policy

At Dyvine Medical & Wellness (DMW), Wellness Pathways are structured support programs that include administrative coordination, education, scheduling assistance, and wellness accountability services. Due to the immediate allocation of time and resources, the following refund policy applies.

Program Enrollment & Service Activation
All Wellness Pathway purchases are considered active once enrollment, intake review, consultation scheduling, or administrative coordination has begun. After services are initiated, program fees become non-refundable.

3-Month Pathway Commitment
Reset, Ignite, Elevate, and Recovery Pathways are multi-month programs designed to support consistency and meaningful progress. Early cancellation or mid-program withdrawal does not qualify for refunds of remaining program fees. Participants may continue using scheduled support and program resources during their enrollment period.

Essentials Pathway (Monthly Program)
The DMW Essentials Pathway is billed monthly. Participants may cancel future billing after the first month; however, payments already processed are non-refundable once services, support, or coordination have begun.

Provider Approval & Prescription Eligibility
DMW does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical care. All clinical decisions are made solely by licensed medical providers. If a provider determines medication is not clinically appropriate, clients may continue participation as a wellness support program. Any medication-related fees paid directly for provider services may be eligible for refund in accordance with provider policies.

Medication & Pharmacy Fulfillment
If prescribed, medications are dispensed and shipped directly by licensed partner pharmacies. DMW does not handle or dispense medications and is not responsible for pharmacy fulfillment timelines. Medication and pharmacy purchases are non-refundable once processed unless the provider determines treatment is not clinically appropriate prior to fulfillment.

Missed Appointments & Participation
Missed or unused check-ins, consultations, or program resources do not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By enrolling, participants agree to contact DMW directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
