Cancellation Policy

DMW Academy Enrollment Policy Enrollment in DMW Academy programs is governed by the DMW Academy Refund/Cancellation Policy, not by a standard 24-hour appointment policy. Please read the full policy before enrolling: www.dyvinewellness.com/dmw-academy-refund-policy Key terms (from the policy): • A student may submit a written cancellation request within 72 hours of the original purchase, provided the scheduled class is more than 30 calendar days away. • Any approved refund will be reduced by the applicable nonrefundable fee based on the student’s onboarding status. • After the initial 72-hour cancellation period, tuition and deposits are nonrefundable. • All deposits and seat-reservation payments are nonrefundable. • No refund will be available after the student has attended any portion of the class or after the applicable cancellation deadline has passed. • All refund, cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to DMW Academy. Online cancellation and rescheduling are not available for Academy enrollments.
