The DMWCCIA 90-Day Graduate Implementation Mentorship was created exclusively for graduates of the DMW Certified Collector & Instructor Academy who want continued guidance as they move from training into implementation. Over the next 90 days, you'll work directly with Yatika Jakes to identify your priorities, create an implementation plan, work through roadblocks, and stay accountable as you begin building the services and systems you learned about during DMWCCIA. Your mentorship may include support with: Selecting which services to launch first Developing your pricing and service structure Setting up your customer experience and workflows Identifying equipment, supplies and operational needs Business systems and processes Marketing and positioning your services Employer and B2B outreach strategies Finding potential clients and partnership opportunities Working through implementation challenges Creating realistic weekly action steps Accountability and progress reviews What's Included 90 Days of Mentorship Weekly 30-Minute 1:1 Mentorship Sessions Meet privately with Yatika to review progress, troubleshoot challenges and determine your next priorities. Personalized 90-Day Implementation Plan We'll identify what you're trying to build and create manageable priorities instead of trying to launch everything at once. Weekly Accountability You'll leave each session knowing what needs to happen next.
