Notary services
For documents that need a notarized signature — affidavits, consent forms, school and medical paperwork, business agreements and more.
Identity verification and witnessing of signatures
Oaths and affirmations, as permitted under Georgia law
In-office or mobile appointments
In-office: $2 per notarized document · Mobile: $52 (includes $50 mobile fee). Additional documents can be added when you book.
PATH 02 · APOSTILLE
Apostille services
For documents going to another country — an apostille authenticates a public document so it can be recognized abroad in countries that accept apostilles.
DMW reviews your paperwork
Notarizes it first if needed
Submits it for proper certification
Apostille service: $125, plus any applicable government or processing fees selected when you book.
