Service Description
We will come to you. Semen Detection Testing is a confidential laboratory screening that checks for the presence of semen on personal items such as clothing or bedding. DMW collects and submits the item, and the analysis is performed by an independent laboratory. This test detects the presence of semen and does not identify a specific individual. Results are reported discreetly for personal, informational purposes. Informational / peace-of-mind screening only. This is not legal chain-of-custody testing. Medical & Legal Disclaimer Dyvine Medical & Wellness provides specimen collection and handling services only. We do not perform laboratory analysis, diagnostic testing, or result interpretation. All specimens collected are submitted to an independent third-party laboratory for analysis. Relationship DNA Screening and Semen Detection Testing are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered medical advice. Test results are for informational and personal knowledge purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or counseling advice. Dyvine Medical & Wellness does not guarantee outcomes or results and is not responsible for laboratory findings, turnaround times, or interpretations provided by the testing laboratory.
Cancellation Policy
Testing & Services Booking Policy DRUG TESTING, DNA TESTING & GENDER REVEAL Drug testing purchases are nonrefundable. DNA testing purchases (including GX DNA programs) are nonrefundable. Gender Reveal DNA (SneakPeek or Peekaboo): A refund/guarantee request may apply only if the baby is ultimately born the opposite gender from the reported result. The request must be submitted to the testing company that performed the test, either SneakPeek or Peekaboo, according to that company’s applicable guarantee/refund process. Any guarantee refund is subject to that company’s review and terms. Drug and DNA testing appointments missed without notice or canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 fee, as described in our Cancellation & No-Show Policy. OTHER TESTING & SERVICES Applies to TB QuantiFERON, phlebotomy/lab collections (including mobile), fingerprinting, background checks, I-9 verification, notary, apostille, Breath Alcohol Screening and after-hours/weekend service fees. • A refund may be available if you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, provided DMW has not already incurred a third-party cost, ordered or initiated the test/service, submitted a background check, begun processing documents, or otherwise started fulfillment. • Once DMW has incurred a nonrecoverable third-party cost or begun processing/fulfillment, that portion is nonrefundable. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are nonrefundable. • No-shows are nonrefundable. • One reschedule is allowed if requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. • If DMW cancels the appointment/service, you may choose a refund or reschedule where applicable.
