DMW Free Wellness Pathway Consultation Your wellness journey should begin with clarity — not pressure. The DMW Free Consultation is a supportive conversation designed to help you understand your options, ask questions, and explore which Wellness Pathway best aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and comfort level. During this session, we will: • Learn about your wellness goals and current challenges • Explain how the DMW Wellness Pathways work • Discuss accountability, education, and monitoring support available to you • Provide guidance on provider-directed options when appropriate • Help you feel confident about your next steps — with no obligation This consultation is ideal for individuals who want reassurance, honest guidance, and a safe space to explore wellness support before committing to a program. At DMW, our role is to coordinate, educate, and support — while any medical decisions remain between you and your licensed provider. Your journey starts with a conversation.
Cancellation Policy
Wellness Pathways Booking Policy Cancellations and rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments missed without notice and appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 fee. The fee will be added to your account and must be paid before your next appointment. Medication-related programs For medication-related programs, outstanding appointment fees must also be resolved before the next routine medication refill/order is processed, subject to applicable clinical and provider requirements. Once medication for the current month has been ordered, that month may not be canceled or refunded. Late arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If we are unable to accommodate the appointment because of the late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and the $25 fee may apply.
