Ignite is ideal for those who feel stuck, low on motivation, or ready for a more guided and energized transformation experience. Energy & Vitality Wellness Enhancement (If Appropriate) Participants may choose to explore one provider-guided vitality support option aligned with their goals. You may choose from NAD+ or Glutathione. Wellness supplies are shipped directly from the pharmacy when prescribed. Cancellation Policy

DMW Wellness Pathway Booking Policy Dyvine Medical & Wellness is committed to providing an organized and supportive experience for all Wellness Pathway participants. This booking policy helps ensure appointment availability, respectful scheduling, and consistent support for every client. Wellness Pathway check-ins are scheduled in advance based on each participant’s program structure. Clients may book or request adjustments using the designated booking platform or by contacting the office. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each participant, and timely attendance helps maintain quality service for all clients. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other scheduled participants. Late arrivals do not extend appointment time and may limit the effectiveness of the session. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12–24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that session depending on pathway structure. Repeated missed appointments may affect scheduling priority and overall program effectiveness. Missed appointments without notice may be considered a no-show and may result in loss of the scheduled session and limited rescheduling flexibility if repeated. These guidelines help maintain fairness and availability for all participants. For virtual check-ins, clients are responsible for joining on time with a stable internet connection and appropriate environment. Missed virtual sessions due to technical difficulties may require rescheduling. Messaging support between visits is available for encouragement and general guidance but does not replace scheduled appointments or medical consultation with licensed providers. Medical consultations and prescription-related services are coordinated directly between clients and licensed providers. This booking policy applies only to wellness coordination and pathway support sessions. By participating in a DMW Wellness Pathway, clients acknowledge and agree to this booking policy.
