DMW Pathways Shipping Policy

Medication Shipping Policy

Dyvine Medical & Wellness (DMW) provides wellness support, specimen collection, and coordination services only. DMW does not dispense, store, package, or ship medications.

If a licensed medical provider determines that medication is appropriate, prescriptions are fulfilled and shipped directly by an independent licensed pharmacy or medical partner. All medication packaging, shipping timelines, tracking information, delivery conditions, and fulfillment responsibilities are managed solely by the dispensing pharmacy.

DMW does not control pharmacy processing times, shipping carriers, delivery schedules, or potential delays once prescriptions have been transmitted to the pharmacy. Questions regarding shipment status, tracking, delivery concerns, damaged packages, temperature control, or medication integrity must be directed to the dispensing pharmacy or the prescribing provider’s care team.

Shipping fees, policies, and delivery requirements are determined by the pharmacy and may vary depending on medication type, location, and carrier requirements.

By participating in provider-directed care, clients acknowledge that medication fulfillment and shipping occur outside of DMW’s scope of services and agree to communicate directly with the pharmacy for all shipping-related matters.
