Service Description
Dyvine Medical & Wellness provides professional I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification services for employers, staffing agencies, and individuals. As an authorized representative, we complete Section 2 of Form I-9 through in-person identity and work authorization verification in full compliance with federal requirements. We make onboarding easier by offering convenient in-office appointments and mobile I-9 services for remote hires, small businesses, and high-volume employers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-show appointments are non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
