My Story
Yatika Peterson is the Founder and CEO of DMW Medical & Wellness, bringing together decades of leadership experience, healthcare expertise, and a deep passion for education, wellness, and community service.

A proud service-connected disabled veteran of the United States Army, Yatika served as a Preventive Medicine Specialist, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare operations, public health education, inspections, safety compliance, and patient-centered service. During her military career, she discovered a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence through education and hands-on training.

With more than 28 years of executive leadership experience, Yatika has built her career around leadership development, operational excellence, project management, and empowering others to grow personally and professionally. She holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership and combines strategic leadership with compassionate client care to help guide the vision and growth of DMW Medical & Wellness.
