Service Description
An Observed Collection Fee applies when a drug test must be completed under direct observation in accordance with DOT, employer, court, or laboratory requirements. Observation ensures specimen integrity and chain-of-custody compliance when tampering, substitution, or adulteration is a concern. This fee covers additional staff time, enhanced documentation, and strict procedural oversight required during an observed collection. This fee is charged in addition to the base drug test collection fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-show appointments are non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
